How to make lizard repellent spray

Share

Here are some DIY lizard repellent sprays you can make:

Pepper spray
Mix pepper with water and spray it in areas where you see lizards. You can also use red chili powder or flakes instead of pepper. The pepper is thought to irritate lizards and cause an allergic reaction.

Garlic and onion
Lizards dislike the strong smell of garlic and onions, so you can place slices of onion or raw garlic cloves around your home. You can also make a paste of the two and use it as a spray.

Essential oils
Mix a few drops of peppermint or eucalyptus oil with water and spray it in areas where you see lizards. You can also put cotton balls soaked in the oils in those areas.

Coffee
Lizards dislike the strong smell of coffee, so you can mix coffee powder with water and spray it in areas where you see lizards. You can also sprinkle the powder directly.
